General requirements pursuant to section 5 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG):

The information governed by section 5 TMG must be provided on the Internet in an easily recognisable and immediately accessible manner and must be available at all times. These requirements are fulfilled if the link leading to the information is named in a generally understandable way so that users can find this information easily and quickly. Furthermore, the name must be easy to see and in the same language as the website, displayed at all time and clearly legible. It must be possible to read the information without having to use any special routines or computer settings (no JavaScript popup). The name must be visible on the first screen page.
